Dr Welshula is such an inspiring strong Native American woman! Her educational seminars are needed in every community to understand our need to keep our culture alive. To understand the many years of why addiction began in the first place among our lands. I strongly recommend an educational handbook for the public. I can't say enough about this kind soul. Thank you.
